Winner – Business Innovation (2023)
Build a Brand was awarded in the Business Innovation category for demonstrating the ability to break new ground with ideas and processes that significantly improved our commercial prospects and those of our clients.
Winner – Businessperson of the Year (2023)
Our founder & Managing Director, Gemma Chapman, was crowned Businessperson of the Year for her outstanding personal contribution in driving the business forward.
This double recognition in 2023 was a testament to our commitment to innovation, leadership and delivering meaningful results for our clients. It underscored our belief in two core principles: constant evolution and empowerment of our team to create value.
Winner – Apprentice / Trainee of the Year (2024)
Our very own marketing apprentice, Codi Wedge, was awarded Apprentice / Trainee of the Year. His dedication and growth reflected our commitment to mentoring and developing talent from within - leading to his promotion to our Creative Design & Tech Specalist in 2025!
Finalist – Business of the Year (2025)
In 2025, we were honoured to be shortlisted as a Finalist – Business of the Year at the Fenland Business Awards alongside two other outstanding local companies (and clients!): Goldstar Metal Traders and Crown Lodge Hotel.
Although we didn’t take the top prize this time, the win was very deserving for Goldstar Metal Traders, congratulations to them for their achievement.
For us, being one of the finalists highlights our continued commitment to growth, innovation and community impact across Fenland. We’re proud of our team and clients, this further recognition fuels our drive to aim even higher in 2026!
