Digital Product Terms & Conditions
1. Overview
These terms apply to all digital products sold by Build a Brand Ltd, including but not limited to website audits, templates, guides and downloadable resources.
By purchasing a digital product from us, you agree to these terms.

2. Delivery
All digital products are delivered electronically.

Products will be sent via email or made available for download after purchase

Delivery is usually immediate but may take up to 24 hours

If you do not receive your product, you must contact us at hello@buildabrand.org.uk
It is your responsibility to ensure you enter the correct email address at checkout.

3. Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered or accessed
By purchasing, you agree to waive your right to a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations for digital content
However, if there is an issue with your product (e.g. file error or incorrect delivery), we will fix or replace it.

4. Use of Digital Products
All digital products are for personal or internal business use only.
You may not:

Share, resell or redistribute the product

Upload the product to third-party platforms

Pass it off as your own work
We reserve the right to take action if misuse is identified.

5. Website Audits & Services
Where a digital product includes a website audit or tailored output:

The audit is based on information available at the time of review

Recommendations are provided as guidance, not guaranteed results

Implementation is the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise agreed

6. Intellectual Property
All digital products remain the intellectual property of Build a Brand Ltd.
Purchase grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the product.
Ownership is not transferred.

7. Liability
We are not liable for:

Any business decisions made based on the product

Loss of revenue, traffic or sales

Any indirect or consequential loss
Use of our products is at your own discretion.

8. Access & Availability
We reserve the right to:

Update or improve digital products at any time

Remove or replace products where necessary
If ongoing access is provided (e.g. downloads or portals), we do not guarantee lifetime availability unless explicitly stated.

9. No Agency Relationship
Purchase of a digital product does not create an ongoing agency, consultancy or client relationship between you and Build a Brand Ltd.

Any advice, recommendations or insights provided within a digital product (including website audits) are for guidance only and do not constitute ongoing support, strategy implementation or managed services.

Build a Brand Ltd is under no obligation to provide additional advice, revisions, support or communication beyond what is included within the purchased product, unless agreed separately in writing.
