Marianne Killick

Marianne is a highly experienced acupuncturist, and full member of the Association of Acupuncture Clinicians, with over fifteen years in private practice, having graduated from the Northern College of Acupuncture in 2010. She specialises in women's health, particularly in fertility, IVF support, menopause, and hormonal balance, while also addressing long-term health issues and pain relief.

The problem

Here's what our client was struggling with before we got involved.

Marianne Killick already had a website in place, but it wasn’t generating a consistent flow of enquiries.

While the service itself was strong, there was no structured strategy behind driving traffic to the site, and booking wasn’t as seamless as it needed to be. This meant potential customers were dropping off before taking action.

There was also no clear visibility on what was working from a marketing perspective, making it difficult to scale enquiries in a predictable way.

We had previously rebuilt Marianne’s website, focusing on improving the user journey and making the booking process as quick and frictionless as possible.

With those foundations in place, we shifted focus to growth through Google Ads.

We launched and optimised a search campaign targeting high-intent keywords, ensuring we were reaching users actively looking for accupuncture services. The campaign was built using a conversion-focused strategy, allowing us to prioritise leads rather than just traffic.

Ongoing management has focused on refining targeting, improving ad relevance and continuously optimising for better performance, ensuring budget is being used as efficiently as possible.
