Norfolk Youth Mentoring provides professional, person-centred mentoring for young people aged 10–18 across Norfolk. Founded by Jack Starling, the service supports young people with confidence, emotional wellbeing, relationships, independence and engagement with education.

As a new service, Norfolk Youth Mentoring needed a professional website that clearly explained what it offered, who it supported and how families, schools and other professionals could access help.
The website needed to speak to two very different audiences. Families required warm, reassuring information, while schools and professionals needed clear details about mentoring options, pricing, safeguarding and the referral process.
With a wide range of support available, the main challenge was organising the information without making the website feel overwhelming or difficult to navigate.
What we did
Working closely with our client, we developed a tailored solution designed to support their goals, improve performance and create opportunities for future growth.
We planned, designed and built a new Wix Studio website around two clear user journeys: one for families and young people, and another for schools and professionals.
The site structure makes it easy for visitors to explore the most relevant support, including confidence and self-esteem, emotional wellbeing, positive relationships, independence, life skills and engagement with education.
We also:
Created dedicated pages for families, schools and professional referrers
Developed clear service and pricing information for 1:1 mentoring and School Mentoring Days
Explained how the mentoring and referral processes work
Built enquiry and professional referral forms
Introduced Jack, his experience and his person-centred approach
