Pups in Style is an online boutique for your pup selling beautiful harnessess, leads and collars in fun, vibrant prints.
The problem

Phoebe from Pups in Style had already taken the first step towards selling online by setting up her own Shopify store.

We also connected and configured the key ecommerce functionality required to operate successfully online, ensuring products, collections, payments, shipping settings and customer-facing processes were working correctly.
Alongside the technical setup, we carried out a full review of the customer journey to make sure visitors could easily browse products, add items to their basket and complete purchases without unnecessary friction.
Before launch, we tested the store thoroughly to ensure all of the critical ecommerce connections and functionality were working as expected.
