Shire Toilet Hire were using a website built through Yell’s website builder, which meant they didn’t have full ownership or control over their own site.
This became a major limitation when it came to growth. We were unable to implement key tracking tools, such as Google Ads conversion tracking and pixels, which meant there was no clear way to measure performance or optimise campaigns effectively.
The site itself was also limited in functionality. There was no structured way to showcase their range of products or allow customers to easily request quotes, making the enquiry process more manual than it needed to be.
What we did
Working closely with our client, we developed a tailored solution designed to support their goals, improve performance and create opportunities for future growth.
We rebuilt the website from the ground up using Wix Studio, giving Shire Toilet Hire full ownership and control of their online presence.
This allowed us to properly set up tracking, including Google Ads pixels and conversion tracking, so campaign performance could be measured accurately and improved over time.
From a user experience point of view, we introduced a clear product catalogue, making it much easier for customers to browse the different toilet hire options available.
We also implemented a structured quote system, allowing users to submit enquiries directly through the website in a more organised and efficient way, reducing back-and-forth and improving lead handling.
