What’s Been Happening Lately at Build a Brand - March 2026 edition


If you’ve been wondering what we’ve been up to behind the scenes… quite a lot, actually.


The first few months of the year have been a mix of fresh ideas, new faces, a bit of sunshine (finally), and some proper feel-good moments as a team.


Here’s a little round-up of life lately at Build a Brand.




Real Experience, Real Skills


We welcomed a Year 10 work experience student from Thomas Clarkson Academy, something we’re really proud to support as part of giving young people proper exposure to the industry.


And honestly… he smashed it!


Instead of just “shadowing”, he got stuck in and created his own brand from scratch based on a student café brief.


We’re talking:


Not bad for a week’s work.


It’s exactly the kind of hands-on experience we wish more students had access to, and proof that when you give people the chance, they step up.


We look forward to welcoming more young students in the future!






New Clients, New Sectors


We’ve also been busy welcoming new clients into the mix, particularly within the Leisure & Tourism space and the Beuaty sector.


Some really exciting projects are already underway, and there are a few website launches coming soon that we can’t wait to show off.

Celebrating Women & Looking Ahead


March brought a moment to pause and celebrate International Women's Day — something that means a lot to us as a female-led business built on flexibility, support and real-life balance.


Now we’re heading into Easter mode, with something a bit fun lined up…

Sunshine, TikTok &… a Bench?


In true Build a Brand fashion, we made the most of the random burst of sunshine and jumped on a TikTok trend… with one goal: get ourselves an outdoor bench.


Did it work?


It did!


A big thank you to our lovely neighbours at Lilac HR for making it happen. Office lunches just got a serious upgrade.



7 Years of Build a Brand


This one’s a big one.

Build a Brand turned 7 years old.

What started as one mum’s vision for flexible working, helping businesses grow with just a laptop and a lot of determination… has grown into the agency we are today.

And we’re not slowing down.

We’ve got plans to expand the team, take on more exciting projects, and keep doing what we do best… just without the corporate nonsense.



What’s Next?
